The Violet G-SY's appearance is beautiful with a solid sitka spruce top and layered mahogany in an open pore finish on the back & sides. Look closer though to see how it's subtly bound in black with a matching pick guard which becomes transparent near the sound hole to give way for the single ring black rosette.
