The Classic 8 is for those who like to hit the low end hard but require a little more fidelity in their sound. The Classic 8 obviously has the ability to punch an extended range hole through a granite wall however the two Strandberg humbucking pick ups which split pair in parallel and series to create a wealth on tone variation. This guitar can achieve tones from all walks of musical life and deserves the name extended range more so than many others.
